To achieve FOLOGI objective 2, the Forum shall among others conduct the following activities

• Establishing Community Development Fund.

The fund will attract funding and other donations from several donors and funding agencies which will support community groups, CBOs and NGOs to implement community-based Development Programmes and projects in the areas of education, health, agriculture and others

• Establishing Justice Fund

1. The Justice Fund will support members to access justice and promote Land and Rights.
2. The fund shall have a Vision to have a society free of injustices
3. The Mission of Justice Fund shall be to promote Justice and good governance through networking, lobbying and advocacy, training, information Dissemination and conflict resolution
4. The Justice Fund shall aim at achieving the following objective
5. i) To promote, protect and preserve land and property Rights of all FOLOGI Members
6. ii) To promote, protect and preserve Children’s and Women’s Rights

iii) To provide an opportunity for members to network, do collective lobbying and advocacy for their Rights

1. iv) To Mediate Land disputes among FOLOGI Members and members of the general public
2. v) To mobilize many citizens to join FOLOGI
3. The Justice Fund shall support activities including the following
4. Assisting FOLOGI members to register their land in order to obtain Certificates of Customary Ownership (CCO) and land Titles.
5. Establishing a legal insurance scheme that will assist members in case they have legal challenges.

• Awareness raising through Radio Programs and spot messages. FOLOGI through Justice Fund shall produce radio programs and spot messages to know their land and property rights

1. Organizing Trainings on Land and Property Rights in order to enable members know their land and property Rights. Community Activities
2. Conducting advocacy and Lobbying in order to attract the attention of top leaders in Government and Development partners including donors and funding agencies
3. Creation of FOLOGI Voluntary Peace Committees at Village, Parish and Sub-County levels that will assist in mediating land disputes.

• Providing guidance and counseling to members with challenges on Land and Property Rights who may need such services e.g. a man having a disagreement with the wife or children must approach Parish Mediators first

To achieve FOLOGI objective 3, the Forum shall among others conduct the following activities

1. Organizing networking meetings with local groups, CBOs and NGOs
2. Organizing networking meetings with all Local Governments (Sub-counties, Town Councils, Municipal Divisions, Municipalities and Districts
3. Organizing Networking meetings with Government agencies, Commissions and Ministries
4. Organizing Networking Meetings with Development Partners (Foundations, Embassies, International NGOs, bilateral and multilateral agencies and all other funders and donors)

To achieve FOLOGI objective 4, the Forum shall among others conduct the following activities

1. Establishing and strengthen partnerships between FOLOGI and civil society organizations, Community Groups and national and international organizations for the promotion of social, cultural, political and economic Development
2. Establishing and strengthen partnerships between FOLOGI and Local Governments (Sub-counties, Town Councils, Municipal Divisions, Municipalities and Districts
3. Establishing and strengthen partnerships between FOLOGI Government agencies, Commissions and Ministries
4. Establishing and strengthen partnerships between FOLOGI and Development Partners (Foundations, Embassies, International NGOs, bilateral and multilateral agencies and all other funders and donors)

To achieve FOLOGI objective 5, the Forum shall among others conduct the following activities

1. Establishing Kigezi NGO/CBO Forum that will bring together all members of Civil Society in Kigezi to work for the promotion of economic, social, cultural and political development
2. To Establish Ankole NGO/CBO Forum that will bring together all members of Civil Society in Ankole to work for the promotion of economic, social, cultural and political development
3. Among other activities as shall be determined by
